1Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hakiminezhad.tech and the services provided by HAKIMI GROUP LLC, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms. If a signed proposal or contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed document prevails.
2Our services
We provide software development and related technical services, including websites and WordPress development, web applications and SaaS, Telegram bots and Mini Apps, AI and software automation, APIs and integrations, trading software, learning platforms (LMS), and deployment and maintenance. The exact scope of every project is defined in a written quote or proposal.
3Quotes and pricing
- Prices on our pricing page are starting prices for a typical scope and are shown for information. They are not an offer.
- Every project receives a written quote describing the scope, price, currency (USD or EUR) and timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately or billed at our hourly rate, and only after your approval.
4Payment terms
- Unless agreed otherwise, 50% of the project price is due before work starts and the remaining 50% on delivery. Larger projects may be split into milestones.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each period.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days by cryptocurrency, PayPal and bank transfer. Bank, network and exchange fees are paid by the sender.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is received; deadlines move accordingly.
5Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, content, credentials and feedback on time.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, data, trademarks or licenses you give us.
- Keep your own backups of data you send us.
- Use the delivered software lawfully, including any rules of third-party platforms such as Telegram, payment providers, brokers or prop firms.
Delays in your feedback or materials extend the timeline by the same period.
6Delivery, review and acceptance
When a deliverable is ready, you have 7 days to review it and report anything that does not match the agreed scope. We fix those points at no extra cost. If no issues are reported within that period, or the deliverable is used in production, it is considered accepted.
7Support and warranty
Unless your quote states otherwise, we fix bugs in the code we delivered free of charge for 30 days after acceptance. This does not cover changes made by others, new features, third-party updates (WordPress, plugins, APIs, platforms) released after delivery, hosting problems, or misuse. Ongoing support is available through our monthly maintenance plans or at our hourly rate.
8Intellectual property
- When the project is paid in full, you own the custom code and design we created specifically for you, and you receive the source code.
- We keep the rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them as part of your project.
- Open-source components remain under their own licenses. Third-party products such as premium plugins, fonts or APIs are licensed by their vendors.
- We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or we have signed an NDA.
9Confidentiality
We keep your business information, credentials and data confidential and use them only to deliver the work. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details. Access credentials should be changed by you after the project ends.
10Maintenance plans
- Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.
- Developer hours included in a plan are valid for that month and do not roll over.
- Response times are business-day targets, not guarantees of resolution time.
11Third-party services
Many projects rely on services we do not control — hosting, domains, Telegram, payment gateways, AI providers, brokers and other APIs. Their fees, availability, rule changes and outages are outside our responsibility. Usage-based costs, such as AI API usage, are billed by the provider to your account.
12Trading software disclaimer
Trading software (Expert Advisors, indicators, strategies, bridges and copy-trading tools) is built to your written rules. We do not provide financial or investment advice, do not design trading strategies and do not guarantee profits. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. You are responsible for testing the software on a demo account, for your broker and prop-firm rules, and for every trading decision. We are not liable for trading losses, including losses caused by market conditions, broker execution, connectivity or platform behaviour.
13Cancellation and refunds
- If you cancel before work starts, we refund your deposit minus any payment fees.
- If you cancel during the project, you pay for the work completed up to that point; the rest of any prepayment is refunded.
- Monthly plans are not refunded for the current period, but you can cancel future periods at any time.
14Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice if the other party seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days. Sections on payment for completed work, intellectual property, confidentiality and limitation of liability continue after termination.
16Use of this website
The content of this website is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not copy it for commercial purposes, attempt to break its security, overload it with automated requests, or post unlawful, abusive or spam comments. We moderate comments and may remove any comment. Your use of personal data on this site is described in our Privacy Policy.
17Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if they cannot be resolved, the courts of Yerevan, Armenia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights given by the law of your country.
18Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page with its “Last updated” date applies to new projects; signed projects continue under the Terms agreed at the time.
