Privacy Policy
- We collect only what you send us through forms and comments, plus basic technical data for security.
- We use it to answer you and deliver your project — never for advertising, and we never sell it.
- No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers. Spam protection runs on our own server.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
This summary is for convenience — the full text below is what applies.
1Who we are
This website, hakiminezhad.tech, is operated by HAKIMI GROUP LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. We provide software development services — websites, WordPress development, web applications, Telegram bots, AI integrations and trading software.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
2Scope of this policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website, send us a message or request, comment on our blog, or become a client — and how we use and protect it. It does not cover third-party websites that we link to or display (for example, client websites shown in our portfolio).
3Information we collect
We only collect what we need. Depending on how you use the site, this can include:
- Contact and custom-request forms: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your Telegram or WhatsApp handle, company or website, the service or category you choose, budget, timeline, project description and any link you share.
- Technical data sent with a form: your IP address, the page you sent it from and the date and time — used to prevent abuse and to answer you.
- Blog comments: your name, email address, comment text, IP address and browser user-agent. Your email address is never published.
- Accounts: if you are given a login, your username, email address and an encrypted password.
- Client projects: contact details, invoices and the information you share with us to deliver the work.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, date, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive data such as health information or government ID numbers.
4How we use your information
- To reply to your message and prepare quotes and proposals.
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you order.
- To keep the website secure and to block spam and automated abuse.
- To publish and moderate blog comments.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We only email you about your enquiry or project — never newsletters you did not ask for.
5Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)
- Contract: to answer requests for quotes and to deliver the services you order.
- Legitimate interests: to run and secure the website, prevent spam and fraud, and keep business records.
- Consent: for optional features such as saving your name and email in your browser for future comments. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to keep invoices and accounting records.
6Cookies and local storage
This site uses only a small number of functional cookies and browser storage:
- Comment cookies (optional): if you tick “Save my name and email”, WordPress stores your name and email in your browser for one year so you do not have to type them again.
- Login cookies: only for users who log in, to keep the session active.
- Local storage: your preferred currency on the pricing page and whether you already rated a blog article as helpful. These stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or cross-site tracking.
7Spam protection
Our forms are protected by HKM Shield, an anti-spam check that runs on our own server: your browser solves a small computational puzzle in the background. It does not use cookies, does not track you and does not send data to any third party.
8Service providers and third parties
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as needed:
- Hosting provider — stores the website, its database and server logs.
- Email delivery — form notifications and our replies are sent by email.
- Google Fonts — web fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when the font files are requested.
- CoinGecko — the live cryptocurrency prices on our home page are fetched by your browser directly from CoinGecko, which receives your IP address.
- Gravatar — for logged-in account pages, profile pictures may be loaded from Gravatar (Automattic) using a hashed email address.
- Portfolio previews — some portfolio items display a live, read-only preview of a client’s website. That website is loaded from its own server and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
- Payment providers — when you pay an invoice by cryptocurrency, PayPal and bank transfer, the provider you choose processes your payment details under its own terms.
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
9International transfers
We are based in Armenia and work with clients worldwide. Some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
10How long we keep your data
- Messages and requests that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and project records: for the duration of our work together, and invoices for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Blog comments: until the comment is deleted — by us, or at your request.
- Server logs: according to our hosting provider’s retention schedule, typically a few weeks.
11How we protect your data
The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam and automated abuse, access to our systems is limited and protected with strong passwords, and we keep software up to date. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
12Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority — in Armenia, the Personal Data Protection Agency; in the EU or UK, your national supervisory authority.
13Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
