Custom WordPress Theme for Migrate Armenia – Immigration Website Case Study

Migrate Armenia needed more than a template. As an immigration and business-setup firm in Yerevan, they wanted a custom WordPress theme that explains complex services clearly, builds trust with foreign clients and turns visitors into consultations. I designed and developed the theme from scratch, without a page builder, so the site stays fast and the team can edit every part of it themselves.

A custom WordPress theme built around services

Each core service has its own page template: Company Registration, Residence Permit, Bank Account, FAQ, About Us and Contact. Every template is built from a reusable page kit with a hero, service packages with prices, document checklists, a step-by-step process, FAQs and call-to-action bands. Because all sections share one system, new pages look consistent and take minutes to build.

One settings panel for the whole site

The theme runs on Hakimi Framework, my own options framework. More than 220 settings across 20 panel sections let the team update texts, lists, prices, colors and illustrations without touching code. A one-click importer sets up the full demo: pages, menus, posts and settings.

Design details that build trust

• 40 original vector illustrations drawn in the brand palette, including an animated blog scene
• Cascading mega menu with 13 animated Lottie icons and a promo card
• Secure popup contact form with nonce, honeypot and rate-limit protection, with no extra plugin
• Searchable FAQ with category filters, deep links and FAQ schema for search engines
• Blog and search pages with a featured post, topic filters, reading time and highlighted search terms

Client accounts and WooCommerce

Clients can sign up, sign in and reset their password on front-end pages that match the brand. WooCommerce is fully integrated into the same design: the client profile, orders, addresses, cart and checkout all use the theme’s look instead of default WooCommerce styles.

Responsive, fast and accessible

Every template was tested at six screen sizes from 320px phones to 1920px desktops, with no horizontal overflow and touch-friendly buttons. Assets load locally, animations respect the reduced-motion setting, and the markup is semantic and keyboard friendly.
